Goal The term “goal” always refers to “student performance.” Goals will focus on the growth in performance on knowledge and skills needed for PSTs, performance on the overall PST, transfer of performance from PSTs in one discipline to another, and the impact of improving performance on PSTs to performance on some aspects of the new state and national tests in development and planned for implementation in the next several years.
